Dear viewers, I would like to bring notice about my ongoing sales finalization with Louyet Charleroi dealership, where there have been many customer experience issues. 1. As an English-speaking customer, I was connected with a salesperson who rarely speaks English, which causes a lot of issues during the car buying process. 2. Being a BMW Premier Selection customer, it appears I have made a mistake in contacting the Louyet dealership for one of the BMW X2 series cars. 3. The car is being planned to be delivered without a full fuel tank, which was quite a big surprise to me with such a brand as BMW. The Louyet dealership claims that selling a car with a full fuel tank is against dealership policy (surprise, surprise). 4. During a visit for the test drive, no one from the dealership was available to accompany me during the test drive, despite my repeated insistence, as the area around Louyet Charleroi is new to me. 5. Also, during the test drive visit, no English-speaking salesperson was available to help me validate the features as advertised on the website for BMW's premier selection. Such a dealership attitude is unacceptable for BMW as a global brand. I hope the BMW Global team takes some learnings from my experience and arranges customer-centric training with such dealerships to avoid tarnishing the brand's name and value.
