On March 17 I went to Brose for testing, where I learned that I scored well in the practical tests. However during the following days no one said anything to me, after sending an email to the person at Synergie Gent who was with my situation, I was informed that Brose would be closed for two weeks but that my tests had been quite good, and I would be contacted next week to start work. Today I get a call at 9:38 am (I was at the doctor's with my daughter so I couldn't pick up the phone) and when I got home it was 10:37 am, the archem answers and tells me that since I took too long the position was occupied. How is this possible? I was waiting two weeks! It is a lack of respect for those who need to work. Fortunately I have another job offer, but I would like to know the conditions of this one too, I kept the other offer on stand-by to know the conditions of this one too, because I liked the type of work (when I did the practical test at Brose) and I lose a job vacancy for 1 hour? No further call, or voice mail? I honestly had no experience with Synergie but I don't advise anyone. It is a lack of respect for those who need to work, go to the interviews, go to the tests and then for not answering a call they lose their position?
