Cette entreprise est intervenue chez moi pour poser la chaudière, entretenir la chaudière et changer une vanne de chauffage défectueuse, je n'ai eu aucun problème avec eux, je me permets de le dire pour contrebalancer les autres avis.

Difficult to reach, you need to call at least 10 times. Then they came by to see what was wrong and needed to order a piece. A week later, no news and I called them everyday. Then suddenly they saw the piece was on their desk but did not know to whom it belonged to. After the installation of the piece, they needed to come back 4 times because it was not properly installed. Not it kinda works, but I still need to reset from time to time the heater, which is not normal. Stay away from this company!
